Damaro Ventures, LLC dba RenovaMia provides a variety of home and commercial maintenance, renovation, and repair services, including but not limited to:

• Handyman services
• Painting (interior and exterior)
• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Electrical work
• Pressure washing
• Home renovations and remodeling
• General maintenance and repairs

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

• All estimates and quotes provided by Damaro Ventures, LLC dba RenovaMia are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change if additional work is required.
• Estimates are not binding until confirmed by a written agreement or service invoice.

• Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled at our discretion due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, supply shortages, or technician availability.
• Customers must provide a safe and accessible work environment for our team. If access is denied or unsafe conditions exist, we may cancel the appointment and charge a fee.

• Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
• Damaro Ventures, LLC dba RenovaMia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to emergencies, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances without liability.

We accept payment via cash, credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and other approved payment methods. Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon project completion. Failure to make final payment may result in additional fees, legal action, or liens placed on the property.

• Invoices not paid within the agreed-upon timeframe are subject to late fees.
• Unpaid balances may be sent to a collections agency, and the customer will be responsible for all associated fees.

While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our services will be free from defects, delays, or issues beyond our control.

• Damaro Ventures, LLC dba RenovaMia is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the customer’s property.
• We are not liable for damage resulting from concealed or unknown conditions, including but not limited to faulty wiring, plumbing issues, structural weaknesses, or mold.
• Any claims for damages must be reported in writing within 24 hours of job completion.

• We are not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from work performed by subcontractors, suppliers, or other third parties.
• We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from our services.

• Customers must disclose any potential hazards or risks before service begins.
• Customers are responsible for securing valuables and ensuring the work area is free from obstructions.
• Damaro Ventures, LLC dba RenovaMia is not responsible for any personal injury occurring on the premises before, during, or after our service.

• Damaro Ventures, LLC dba RenovaMia offers a limited warranty for certain services for a period of 24 hour from completion.
• This warranty covers only workmanship defects and does not include damages caused by external factors, misuse, or customer negligence.

• We do not warrant customer-provided materials.
• We are not responsible for defects caused by normal wear and tear, weather conditions, or third-party modifications after service completion.

You agree to indemnify and hold Damaro Ventures, LLC dba RenovaMia, its employees, affiliates, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your misuse of our services
• Failure to disclose pre-existing conditions
• Third-party negligence affecting our work

• Informational
• Marketing Content

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Florida.

Any disputes arising from our services will first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Florida.

In the event of a legal dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover attorney fees and legal costs.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
